I had a very traumatizing experience with Kavyesh. I Strongly advice against joining this company if you have to work with him or on his team. Kavyesh was Team Leader in Workforce Management department. He often created a toxic and abusive work environment within his team. He lacks integrity, he is sadistic, he often lies, manipulates and abuse people around him, into creating animosity towards other employees who questions or disagrees or critiques his malpractices or wrong doings. If you have the slightest bit of respect for your career & self, do not join this company. They are in a loop of hire & fire since the last 3 years and have had unpredicted layoffs happening thrice in a span on 1 year. The company is in poor financial state. If they hire you, the only reason will be to suck the life out of you for 3-6 months as they are just money hungry & seek profitability. They lack integrity & culture as a company. Poor leadership & senior management promotes & retains based solely on office politics, so if you can be some "yes boss" person without using your brain only to be fired 6 months down the line, go for it. There is no growth in any role, people have been stuck for 2 years without appraisals. The CEO remains unaffected by what goes on in the ground level as the middle management & leadership blinds him with false pretences about ground reality. I am writing this review as they will start hiring again in the next 3 months given they just laid off 150 employees. Overall good organization, amazing bunch of people except Kavyesh, who ruined the whole experience and my time there. Hope the management sees this.

Dislikes

Avoid joining this company if you've to work with Kavyesh or on his team. He's a narcissistic, sadistic, abusive, manipulative who will ruin your whole career, especially if you're a female employee.
