Very less visibility of company's plan after next 2-3 months. Business priorities may change completely and hence the projects that were being worked upon in priority might suddenly become obsolete. Your current role may become obsolete. All the decisions trickle down top-down with little to no input from the team.

No techie to challenge , question or suggest. One can work at their own pace as everybody is clueless. But this comes with a drawback that there is no learning and technical growth.

Dislikes

Politics, favouritism, nepotism , lack of transparency, no tech culture, poor office culture, lack of business acumen and practice of hire, fire and retain only friends.
