Job Description
Manager/Senior Manager Finance. Roles And Responsibilities. Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) and generate reports to aid business decision-making. Compile and present financial data for management and board presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including variance analysis and forecasts. Monitor compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify and resolve key financial and operational efficiency issues. Skills And Qualifications Required. Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of relevant experience. Strong business analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience in the healthcare or supply chain industry is preferred. In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). Proven experience in preparing financial statements under Ind AS.
