Finance Analyst (Controlling)

Role & responsibilities: :

Financial Reporting & Analysis: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IND AS. Analyze financial data to support business decisions.

Controllership & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements, including SOX compliance (if applicable).

Month-End & Year-End Close: Support the closing process by reconciling accounts, analyzing variances, and preparing journal entries.

Variance Analysis: Preparing Financial Statements and Provide detailed financial insights by analyzing variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.

Process Improvements: Identify and implement best practices to streamline financial reporting, automation, and internal control processes.

Liaison with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal teams (Tax, audit, Commercial finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Project, Procurement, SSO) and external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Support tax reporting and regulatory compliance in alignment with local and international financial policies.

ERP & Financial Systems Management: Work with SAP ERP system to ensure accurate financial data management and reporting.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial accountig and reporting, IND AS, Variance Analysis. Hands-on experience with SAP ERP system is highly desirable.

Knowledge: Understanding of IND AS, India GAAP, and regulatory compliance.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and process adherence.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.

Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve financial discrepancies and drive process improvements.
