PharmEasy - Manager - Business Intelligence (2-5 yrs)

We are looking for Business analytics with Max 2 years of exp for our franchisee exp business from top MBA colleges

1. Data Analytics & Insights

- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

- Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and KPIs using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, etc.).

- Generate insights to optimize pricing, sales strategies, and customer segmentation.

2. Business Intelligence & Strategy

- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve business strategies.

- Work closely with leadership to support decision-making with relevant data insights.

3. Sales Forecasting & Performance Monitoring

- Build predictive models to forecast sales and revenue trends.

- Track and report sales team performance against targets and KPIs.

- Support demand planning and inventory management with accurate sales projections.

4. Process Automation & Optimization

- Implement automation solutions to streamline sales reporting and data collection.

- Enhance data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility through improved data management practices.

- Work with IT and other teams to improve database and CRM integration.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to align BI strategies with business goals.

- Train and support sales teams in using BI tools and interpreting data-driven insights.

Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
