They are third party vendor to consulting firms. So work exposure is mostly support role. There is lack of vision at leadership level , lack of good projects is over compensated by college kind of bootcamps/ trainings by moderately skilled. people. Favouritism is favoured, people part of inner circle are excused of all kinds of mistakes. The thinking is small of seniors. I like the growth mindset of this company, which largely trickles down from the leadership to the employees. And it's two-way! Everyone is committed to and fully on-board with the idea that we as an organization want to grow and in return, the leadership makes sure that we all grow as individuals. Consequently, there's a good amountof focus on working hard and less on internal competition, politics and bringing-others-down-to-make-sure-I-rise sentiments. There's another thing I really like about the workplace (and this might be the case with only my manager/mentor) - they respect our need to take a breather or have a lighter day once in a while. While there are days on a project when we are swamped with work and have to work longer hours, we don't mind doing it 'coz we know that there are gonna be easier days too, and on those, we won't be held guilty for "not working enough"....Read More

There are no standard and stipulated processes around work-from-home requesting and communication of personal emergencies. That makes room for confusion and push-and-pull with the HR department, who tend to get rude sometimes. These conflicts are unpleasant and largely avoidable.

Working in healthark gives you exposure to multitask and understand the basics and even minute details about healthcare and consulting. You learn to discover the way of doing certain things right, like building strategy. The best part is that weekends are off. Regular small efforts by Events team to keep us engaged are well appreciated!!

There's nothing to dislike, love the nature of work and organization. However, some suggestions could be: WFH should be alloted flexibly when necessary or required. Giving similar timely trainings for basic concepts to all.

Compensation is on the lower side, but understandable. My be map the skills of new joinees and freshers so that they can be put on the right project. Location: only in Ahmedabad (not a bad place as such, but in general is a pretty costly place to stay)
