I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. They are third party vendor to consulting firms. So work exposure is mostly support role. There is lack of vision at leadership level , lack of good projects is over compensated by college kind of bootcamps/ trainings by moderately skilled. people. Favouritism is favoured, people part of inner circle are excused of all kinds of mistakes. The thinking is small of seniors.
