They are third party vendor to consulting firms. So work exposure is mostly support role. There is lack of vision at leadership level , lack of good projects is over compensated by college kind of bootcamps/ trainings by moderately skilled. people. Favouritism is favoured, people part of inner circle are excused of all kinds of mistakes. The thinking is small of seniors.
