Working in healthark gives you exposure to multitask and understand the basics and even minute details about healthcare and consulting. You learn to discover the way of doing certain things right, like building strategy. The best part is that weekends are off. Regular small efforts by Events team to keep us engaged are well appreciated!!

Dislikes

There's nothing to dislike, love the nature of work and organization. However, some suggestions could be: WFH should be alloted flexibly when necessary or required. Giving similar timely trainings for basic concepts to all.

Good company to work, good culture. Great learning opportunities if the right project is put into.

Compensation is on the lower side, but understandable. My be map the skills of new joinees and freshers so that they can be put on the right project. Location: only in Ahmedabad (not a bad place as such, but in general is a pretty costly place to stay)
