There was nothing to like about HITPA except for the holidays and the leaves provided. Cz that was when you can rest and be away from the pathetic working environment of the company.

Dislikes

Everything about the company was something to be disliked. I have heard that the management has changed and hoping it to be the better one so that it can actually work on the welfare of the handful of employees left in the company.

There was nothing to like about the organisation. Worst of it's own kind. The company can't even stand as an average company to work with. All i did was regret after joining HITPA

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
