Today being in charge of a fever clinic in a Covid hospital has really made me proud of myself and my team. We are risking our life and also the life of our family... We work day night without rest ... And what do we get back???? First of all pushed to do Covid duty without training No transportation facilities No quarantine facilities Word food and drinking water facility still expecting to be healthy???? Abandoned when our own team mate becomes positive? Forced to work without quarantining us in our free time in general hospital ??? No transportation facilities.??? no job security, appraisal is nt as they promise, contract based wrk, no value among permanent employees, salary ll never be on time, difficulty to get TA/ DA, people are lazy dont want to support

Generally speaking my work is very interesting i have to look after entire PHC CHC DH & UPSC regarding there quality but unfortunately i dont have authority i can jst monitor n report to superior authority which is of no use.
