Hdfc sales is a good job, i am really enjoying this job , good management and learning new things,new skills with hdfc company, already i have preferred to two members and they were also joined in hdfc and they are also doing good,company policies are also good for security purpose. Intensive structure is good, everyone should get salary including intensive around 50k to One lakh depends upon their buisness.If we do good buisness then will get good intensives. Class of service not reaching masses. Targets be achieved in small pockets with ease but ask tap HNI customer is more of corporate nature.Backup to employee is less,more of order , termination is constant boore in mind.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
