Poor & confusing salary structure as compared with other competitor in market . Without taking any permission of employee transfer them to any other channel. Less holidays of 2nd & 4th Saturday .

Job security is the thing which i can say is good. Working culture is somewhat good.

Dislikes

Salary hike is not so good like 4 to 5 percent annually only. There is no skill development options, you have to go in the morning and come back at the evening and this happens daily nothing new.

The company culture is poor; it relies solely on its brand name while subjecting employees to undue stress. After performing eligible candidate did not get Promotion, no salary increment, no appreciation for good work, odd work time culture, threats everytime when one ask leave, there are lots of problem which one faces every time but no one get satisfactory solution from supervisor/management or Hdfc life team.
