They set you up for failure from day 1 by assigning unrealistic targets, no support from seniors instead they pressurise you beyond reason. Zilch in the name of L&D, Worst IT infrastructure, they can’t even pay for outlook, they use free version of Notes even for mails.

It's fine working with Exide. They are more into lay-offs during these hard times rather than supporting existing staff. Am a victim of the same

Instead of supporting employees during such hard times, the company is happy to lay-off people.

Had to handle a partner who was more into other insurance companies rather than Exide. Inspite of this had a growth of 200% on YOY basis

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
