High attrition rate, Hardly any projects to work on they just create 4-5 page app using basic tech and show off as if they work on cutting edge tech, PM and Management are non-tech so don't even bother to say something wise and technical they won't understand jack, Most of the projects are scrapped after 2-3 months, Promotes false propaganda to hire candidates, Quality of project is worse as there is no SDLC in place everything is just ad-hoc.
