They reward n give recognition to hard working employees

Skill development - Excellent
Promotions - Good

Dislikes

They don't bother to understand what is happening at ground level. Kind of mental harrasment few ppl suffer from n few ppl take advantage of their position n higher level management is least interested in improving this kind of culture.
