Talking only and only about Management Trainees. They are placed at a much higher pay scale and within 18 months they get promoted as a CSM i.e. a Deputy manager which takes a normal employee 5-7 years if his performance exceeds expectations.

Salary - Excellent
Skill development - Good
Job security - Good
Promotions - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Total disconnect between HO employees and field. Higher management are unaware of the ground realities as the sales heads choose to show a rosy picture to the management above

Work Details

Superb.. Cause Im a management trainee. I get paid more than my experience permits. I have a better growth track

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
