The only thing i like in hdfc life is all the front line sale ppl are together and crediting of salaries on time

Dislikes

They are alot of reasons for me quitting the company. And believe me there is nothing personal. They do not follow code of conduct which is very important for every company, all the FLS people are discriminated by the managers and yell at them in front of every one with abusive language. This is target base campany. Accomplishing the work is not the only thing here fulling the targets is main thing, and if do not reach your target should be ready for getting here abusive language that day. Overall this company only for the people who can hypnotise people and sell Insurance products which some of them are usefull....Read More
