Job security is the thing which i can say is good. Working culture is somewhat good.

Dislikes

Salary hike is not so good like 4 to 5 percent annually only. There is no skill development options, you have to go in the morning and come back at the evening and this happens daily nothing new.

In HDFC Life There is time to work life balance. There is no more such pressure about Targets (Depends upon L1 Manager). The brand value is easy to convert among competitors.

Salary is very low which is mentioned in payslip. Even HR also didn't know about employees salary. HR department is very week and they didn't care about employees. Very worst department in HDFC LIFE.

Like i have to leave my job in only 3 months from joining as they force and humiliate me for transfer because of my poor performance . The company has lots of data, They r learning you in first stage and after that they r find a way to indicate you wrongly.

No work life balance. Manager do cancall even at night 8pm. They call for business even at 10pm as well and even on any holiday. They want you to work all the time and keep your family aside.
