-Companies takes care of their employees -Job security -lots of learning -Yearly Performance bonus is good if you have good CTC, it is 30% of you CTC . -Health and corporate vertical are Best .

-HDFC BANK channels are very hectic even if in COVID you have to visit bank , specially tele channel ,they don't think about your life -Growth is Slow -work and live your live , promotion once in 3 or 4 year depends on your promotion -They will only understand your value when you resign -HR will tell you 5 working days but they wil ask to work you on Saturday also
