Managers Harresment and higher officials and Hr dont care about employee problem from Reporting managers worst Hr and Higher offical dont listen to low cadre people and their problem they blindly believe in branch manager decission which is a worst thing in HDFC ERGO. And they dont even check whether the manger is worth are not
