Only their HR. HR are supportive and strong. Upper level managements are very genuine and honest. They support the right person always.

Everything. The bosses of verticals r horrible. Oiling culture has been started and mental harrassment is fully now. Employee retention ratio would be affected very soon. And where company is offering leaves, but bosses don't approve leaves most of the times. As a whole for these types of human beings good employees r not been interested to continue with.
