Everyone is very helpful at all Level and friendly work environment.

Legacy applications, Decade old outdated technologies and process. Dealing with Infra team is killing. Most employees are working from long duration so they are not aware of current market technology and processes. IT itself is not automated. Everything manage offline in Excel sheet. No focus on upskill employees. No budget for Fun activities and R&R.

Nothing much in the team I was a part of. When you speak about a large organization like HDFC Ergo, work culture is shaped by department leaders. I can safely say that the work culture was extremely poor.

Dislikes

Poor decision making by department leader. Micro managing and an attitude of 'beat them to get the work done'. Lack of respect for co-workers and extreme blame game politics. Lack of organization and direction towards goals. No planning and strategy, just a take the project and execute, don't ask questions or else... Perfect example of a team to NOT be a part of!
