Nothing its like a slave they are some managers or tl treats you pathetic one of them is Raj sachade who is absolutely a stupid persion doesn't know how to speak with their subordinate lack of motivation merger happened you have to work for 2 company process like which is super vast..

I have being working here from pass 4 years and like the working process of hdfcergo and yes due to an lockdown (covid19) very supportive. They didn't remove any employee and they gave work from home. Im thankful to hdfcergo that in this pandemic they have not remove anyone from company.

Hdfcergo is very best company, Just one work to say that in hdfcergo there is no growth specially who works in call centre. If there is vancany in internal process still they don't give chance to do. Im very unhappy that this company don't give growth to a person who is tenure more then two years. I have this problem overall companyis best environment, people are all friendly. Rite is very mch terrible because they made us to do extra work means they just increase working hours and they have not increase the salary and yes plus thing is not giving growth in work.
