It's one of the leading insurance company, with strong growth and revenue of around Rs 14000 crore and profit of around Rs 600 crore. Good job security but, needs to be given more employee incentives and increments. 5-6% increment can not even defeat the inflation.

The Company is nice and provides opportunity for learning. However not easy to grow and there are many sub departments which makes it very difficult for inter department co-ordination. The job security is best in the industry. They provide training to worst of the employees and help them to improve instead of retrench.

The company claims to be a great place to work, but it fails to meet the expectations of frontline employees.
