Office timing more than 10 hours Fully partiality and politics Managers will use unwanted words to female employees also. No promotion. No appreciation..

In HDB Bank the insurance policy should be Sudan and the punching policy should be chef and all the facilities are available in the bank, every employee in HDB should get them.

One thing I learned from working in HDBFS Ltd. Whatever work I did in the banking sector, it was in sales, how to sell the soil. No one can be a better sales man than a banker.

But work cannot be done on just one product, work has to be done on all the products like insurance, collection, REPL, and CD loan.I so want to leave.
