The culture and environment is very bad this is 7 days working company we need to be in office 7 days no any weekly off in HR policy we have 1st & 2nd Saturday and 4 Sunday off in a month but seniors force us to be present in office way of taking is not good the use very bad words and abusive language to downline team.
