Overall experience is too good except career growth

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike HDB as a company but HR and HR policies need to be more strong. Company must need to emphasize on performance base growth instead of giving all rights to particular person who promoting basis dictatorship

Life at HDB is good until your are working under good and sensible boss. There is no unwanted pressure tectics from company side
