Too much pressure for working.i got worst experience while working..and didn't got sallery also...makes m pressure for Resign.

To much pressure from for productivity even in lockdown they force us to visit market...make pressure for Resign..also didn't give m sallery of October 2020 & November 2020

Growth is not proper way.The work pressure is very high. I Have to work 11 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value infront of customer. I have no any system in office but customer ask file status but I have no any answer because no any system. That's why customer not satisfied and some time deal loss

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
