If you are reading this before joining a sales team of forex or credit card then i am suggesting you to find something else bcoz worst working culture and none of them would tell you the truth,they would lie to you about work so please ask everything properly and understand incentive structure

Forex and creditcard - Everyone used to lie,there is no working culture, managers and their politics are 3rd grade,misinformation of the benefits and rewards,for their benefits they fill up spaces. This company has many good departments so please try on those and don't ruin your career in this forex and cc department.
