In this company 1. HR reviews business plans and business performance not business people. 2. Business people/Sales People hires and perform end to end hiring process not HR 3. Credit decides ROI and PF not business 4. Holidays are working, Sundays are working and working days are overworking days. 5. They pay 8k to 10k at Max to Sales officer and demands them to be Superman. Culture HR makes business plans and reviews business performance but they won't hire and train. Ha ha! As it's Sales job to hire and also to execute end to end hiring process.. No respect Nobody talks about integrity Employee friendliness is Zero. Credit decides ROI and PF not business team. Haha again. All seniors behave as they own the company but they don't really know what's the current market... Working condition & Atmosphere. Offices are worst. They don't even have chairs for sales staff. Sales team needs to go out and get prints..they can't use office printers. No place to eat or dining room/pantry. No saparate bathrooms for female employees..(Female shouldn't join HDB at all) No conveyance to sales staff. No perks. Nothing. They treat all frontliners ops/sales/credit as the machine. And most noteworthy is the attitude at the top management that our company is perfect and it doesn't need to improve at anything Nothing to learn or to grow......Read More

No career growth. Growth is only for lower level jobs that too require proper followup with HR. HR has no say in Company. Leaving some few people, nobody has any hold in written and verbal English language. Uneducated and undeserving people are sitting on higher posts and lot of politics
