Nothing it's a worst company, there is no work culture. Mangment are worst ,they ruin the carrier of employees, upper managment never listen to employee problem,they pip use as a tool the ruin the employees carrier, hcl is the worst and awful company, manager creat a conspiracy in the office and remove pepole from the office.

It is an amazing company with a good work culture. Provides a healthy environment. When talking about increment & salary hike it doesn't justifies the name it has. Very poor policy when you'll talk about increment from your HR Partner he would don't even reply to that.

There are very few and supporting leaders in the company.

No work life balance. No proper estimation and unrealistic targets which in turn affect the employees working timings without any allowance. We are forced to work in weekends to meet the target. Only 3% hike when the company can sponsor for cricket. HR doesn't support employees but rather support the leadership. When raised for any concerns managers target your appraisal stating it's the bell curve and it works the same way in all the projects....Read More

Apart from job security , there is nothing. Also if you are fresher you can start your carrier since it is so called big MNC, but don't stay here more than 2 years if you are fresher.

Being a new comer employee to HCL Tech gurugram, its going to be tough for me now. Its been one full month since I gave Walk in interview. And the operation interview I gave was on 28 November 2024. Its been approx 20 days and My joining date has not came yet. Earlier my joining date was 9 December 2024 but then it extended but I don't know till when. No update and nothing. The only thing I like about working in HCLTech is that the NAME speaks it all. Bass Name kha rahi hai ye ab apna nothing else. Family relatives colony walo ke samne 1 respect create ho jati hai that this person is working in Indian MNC.

Toxic work culture No growth within the organisation. Even after you spend more time then the required time to switch IJP. micromanagement illegally use of authority by senior person Unprofessional behaviour by senior authorities employee HR partner don't listen to employees query and only support the managers in any case. They'll hire you work a X profile and will get you onboarded in a project with requirement of Z profile. This being either for the offshore employees or the bench employees. Appraisal letter is delayed by half a year. WFO is only applicable on Males at NV location as they a policy in which females are required to WFH after 7pm. Although these female employees don't have any problem in staying in campus in case there's any event or DJ night or some celebration kind of thing. The appraisal process has been worsening day by day. People are getting No Change or negligible changes in annual appraisal. Monthly performance bonus is getting deducted for all. Very pathetic.

Management and HRs are very very bad. One manager name Mohit from Australia and Rohini from Singapore of my project for BP are very bad. HR name vikash also very bad. They are not listening any one. They are also sitting abroad and playing with companies brand value. Management should look into those person. For those kind of people others are getting suffocated at work location.

Overall HCL Tech is a very good company. If you need anything HCL provided like timing shift training no pressure from the senior side it very good hybrid policy I am completely satisfied with the company's working process.

Perks and benefits are not good and deduction in salary on the basis of performance which is not good by compony . Every employee wants more and more hikes and who do not perform well for money . Who wants deduction but compony policy is to deduct from variables on the basis of performance .washrooms and breakout area are not hygienic .

I have been working here from 2.5 years and there was no hike from past 2 years last month received hike even that is not justified. No Proper clarification for anything, Their Unified ticket tool is also not worth their team is not responding properly. They are just closing the tickets without clarifications.
