Work life balance is really good and awesome. As an long term employee you will feel very satisfied for work life balance. Nothing much that you can expect.

Dislikes

Don't have proper scale of despite the experience you have with you. Based on the skill set and experienced same must be revisited to give the emloyee.

No Cab facility, No Proper Guidance, No any Benefits for Employees, No proper transport, No proper facility for staying, Food at Canteen was very poor quality, No Proper work timings, Lan connections network was very poor

I had a great experience working at HCLTECH. The team culture was collaborative, and the leadership was supportive in fostering professional growth. The opportunities I had to work on impactful projects helped me develop valuable skills in QMS Implementation. I’m grateful for my time there and the knowledge I gained.

No matter how much effort you keep on project, when they feel you are not require they will place you in bench. If they need you again they will start the play back games..

No appraisal and promotions from last 3 years.Worst insurance policy. No proper shift allowance, if we ask H.R to explain how my salary got splitted they don't have answer. I am just eagerly waiting to get out from this organisation once i get other opportunity.

The appraisal process has been worsening day by day. People are getting No Change or negligible changes in annual appraisal. Monthly performance bonus is getting deducted for all. Very pathetic.

Management and HRs are very very bad. One manager name Mohit from Australia and Rohini from Singapore of my project for BP are very bad. HR name vikash also very bad. They are not listening any one. They are also sitting abroad and playing with companies brand value. Management should look into those person. For those kind of people others are getting suffocated at work location.

Overall HCL Tech is a very good company. If you need anything HCL provided like timing shift training no pressure from the senior side it very good hybrid policy I am completely satisfied with the company's working process.

I have been in hcl from past 5 years and it an OK company. Job security is good here. They will definitely align you in a project if you on bench. So okay for that. Appraisals are not so good they will always hold the appraisal letter untill December of every year. Work culture has been getting decreased day by day as they don't hire much. Perks and benefits are not good and deduction in salary on the basis of performance which is not good by compony . Every employee wants more and more hikes and who do not perform well for money . Who wants deduction but compony policy is to deduct from variables on the basis of performance .washrooms and breakout area are not hygienic .
