Good work environment and culture. Team leader and team mates are supportive. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

The job is quite interesting. I learnt a bit in the beginning. I learnt everything in the job.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

The ever leading topic of notice period

I am working currently as a team lead for hcl and since idiotically I didn't switch any companies from start 2019 till now, I have a measly ctc of 4.3 lpa. I got an offer accepting 8lpa , but they are demanding to join in 15 days. And hcltech, being the company it is, is having 90 days notice period, negotiable to 60 days only. Initial negotiation with my current manager and the new company hr didn't go over that well, I am in a bind now. Any suggestions?
