The upper management is terrible, they only want employees to come office daily and work, no extra curricular activities work life balance is not at good and they pay very less according to market standards, they treat freshers as their slave particularly in Unilever account which is located in Bangalore Jigani

Do not think much about increment or promotion. HR’s are of no use a 1 day approval will atleast take 10 days. As I had come accoss a situation where 1 simple approval took 4 months.

HCLTech gives you a job security and you get to learn a lot of new aspect of your work in every single thing you do.

It doesn’t give timely appraisal and when it gives you a hike for the sake of appraisal it comes around to be nothing. Company culture is very laid back and you can feel the politics in every department of your work. HRs there are the biggest liars you would come across

Mangment are worst ,they ruin the carrier of employees, upper managment never listen to employee problem,they pip use as a tool the ruin the employees carrier, hcl is the worst and awful company, manager creat a conspiracy in the office and remove pepole from the office.

Only job security is a pro in HCLTech, unless you are someone with 15-20 years of experience at some management level.

Dislikes

Hardly any projects, only support projects are there. Skill development is poor. Pathetic salary hikes. Appraisal cycle will be postponed without any reason.
