Was allowed for work from home but later that forced to join back without any compensation.

Dislikes

No job security with horrible attitude from HR and the management even nil increament for managers citing illogical reasons. .

Must have a godfather within company for a simple growth also. Without any godfather freshers or a 20+ experience is just zero.

HCLTech provides good platform to perform. Good Training and employee benefits are good. Managers recognize the good work being done.

Dislikes

Salary and promotions were not upto to the market situations. Though the managers recognize the good work, it doesn't get translated to promotions and hikes much. Politics and favoritism prevalent on the promotions and hikes.

I worked there for 12 year in 2 terms.. i was very happy and company veey employee friendly and flexible and excellent job security.. they can improve employee pay packages.. otherthan that my company is awesome company to work long term.. thanks to HCL for giving me an excellent opportunity to work more than 12 years...
