They way the employees are treated, high pressure job, no time for personal work, 24*7 work only you get time to sleep, management is always dominating and only one way communication is there, many a times Sunday's are also working also company holidays, public holidays or government holiday or your personal leave you are never mentally free even on leave you have to work, management and company culture is very poor with a very high ego where you can't ask for guidance or support as people are very closed minded, always threatening you regarding job to get the work done...Read More
