HCL TSS is good if we talk about infrastructure only. This is review applicable for HR only. Great opportunities for Freshers.

Dislikes

My role in HCL TSS was not more than an Education Counsellor but If you are not happy with the role. The Manager (Noida) and Sr, Manager (Noida) of HCL TSS will force you and even threat you of terminating from the job.

Work Details

I joined there for the position of HR Executive but after joining HCL TSS. I came to know that The process was for the Education counsellor role and asking the candidates to pay for training and hiring program.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
