I do not like anything in hcl since thier planning and implementation is lagging. In this lockdown, everyday they insisted us to work from office even from the initial lockdown relaxation.

During this appraisal, my score was good but got nothing. I checked with my RM, he is telling that already I reached my slab, I need to work for another 2 to 3 years to get salary hike

HCL is basically a a**hole company with cunning HRs and Managers. Their main intention is how to make employees then they will force u sign a bond which will be of two years. Once u sign a bond u are fell into trap. Now they will easily destroy your career. If you understand their intentions then you have to pay the bond amount and leave but it increases by years
