I really enjoy working here because of the strong team spirit we have. The company organizes various activities that help us have fun and bond, like celebrating different festivals and special days. We also have sports events, which add to the enjoyment and help us connect more as a team. It's great to be part of a workplace that values both work and play.

It is challenging to stay with this company due to the travel requirements.

Wonderful workplace. Everything runs smoothly and without stress. Team members share work responsibilities equally and are rewarded fairly based on performance. Also, the management and HR team are very active and often arrange enjoyable activities and celebrations in the office.

Performance expectation keeps on increasing day by day. Seniors want us to work all the time

I found lots of chances to explore different areas here and learn beyond my job role. The best thing is that everyone gets to work on things they are interested in. I also never saw any kind of office politics here.
