It was the right decision to join Havmor. The organization is employee friendly and the perks provided are very good. We get Saturday and Sunday off, Flexible timings and overall compensation and salary is much better than other companies.

Teammates are genuinely helping but the appraisal system and hierarchy for the work is weak so not able to show my potential as well as not able to learn new things. It's a FMCG company so have shift which is quite disturbing in personal life. So, I am looking for the opportunity where I can utilise my skills and also get chance to learn new things.

Dislikes

Here, Main problem is there is no hierarchy for reporting so anyone can report to VP directly which affect the work I have done. As I did some work but the same will be represent by seniors as they have done it. By such seniors suppress the personal & economical growth. Sometimes they create unnecessary mental pressure due to low staff availability.

Work Details

It's a quite exciting job but along with the self satisfaction anyone is expecting the reward as well as their share for the work they have done. Which is not the case here. So just because of personal & economical growth I want to change my Job.
