The company is very open to take the views of each and every employee. They consider their employees as a family and always listen to them. Also their is lot of things to learn. Overall there is healthy work environment.

There is less personal life then the other workplace.The work pressure is also not reasonable.Growth is good but compensation is not decent.

Being a product manager I have to look entire production plan decesion, pricing, pitching, placement and promotional decesion. As well as I will be whole sole responsible for liquidation for all the stock.

Anytime you might fired from Job as too much Internal politics, Work culture is just like a Gupta ji and Lala company, they never give u salary on time , if any month u will far from your target then they will hold your salary, forget about salary hike.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues, always listen to their Spoon. No training policies for new joiner. They will keep your original educational certificate and after you resigned from job u will have to cry to get .
