Nothing at all. There was nepotism and no work culture. Worst experience I ever had in my life . Management zero. Job was insecure. No company policies towards harassment and character assassination.

The school is open for spread education in most rural area. I am glad that i was a part of the school. Its a very good place for work. Management and teacher communication is very strong. They discuss about students as well as teacher's growth.

salary was not satisfactory.

Firstly i was appointed as a clerk. after one year I have started teaching. I was teaching Mathematics, Science, Social Science. After two year management promoted me as a Coordinator. As Coordinator I have to look after the entire staff and students.
