They seriously lack projects and on top of that those non coding architects are making work environment abysmal. They want you to go home only once a year(ofc HRs express this in a creative way) No matter how good of a programmer you are if you can't be a personal assistant to your non coding architects good luck for job safety cause they'll press you hard for PIP. Very poor work environment and don’t expect that people will help you on work prospective. 3. You are high paid salary then they will try to raise Performance issue means no job security. 4. The only thing I like is unlike my project, other projects have a very good flexibility for the employees. They only have to do 4 hours of work on working days. Whereas my project needs me to login at 11:30 and logout at 9:30 PM.

what I don't like about this company is that there is no scope for the role change. I wanted to be a developer as I have a very good knowledge in that domain, but due to the company requirements, they gave me the role of tester, which honestly I don't like.

100%job security even on bench you get total pay. Work env depends on your manager. For me it was very good. Learning is always the project you get. And, your efforts in any service provider company. After 3yrs. approx people get promoted as module lead from. Senior Very Flexible work timings ✌

-Food can be much much better. Just give different home like simple food thali for state wise people. People will be more happy. I am from other state, so food here makes me malnutritioned if I donk cook myself. -increments are not much every year. But, it's true again in all service organization. -it's very good 5* good to join company. Enjoy.

I like Anything but a couple of friends I got since they were equally frustrated

Micro monitoring at peaks 3-5% hike No promotions Even with promotion you get 10% max hike No good projects and is mostly support roles which 5th standard students can handle
