This is only for Pimcore department, HR favours some people , no good salary, you get promotion and awards if you do Bootlickin* only. Worst technology you will learn nothing and you cannot change your tech stack, for that you have to switch company. I have been working with Happiest Minds Noida for 2 Year now, I found this organisation deal with good clients. Requirements are quite challenging and that leads to a good skill growth with particular domain somebody is working with.

Dislikes

I personally like their perks but disappointed with their employee appreciation. Lot's of job politics and management never address the issue. I found my Work Quality got reduced due to continuous Work Overload and Over pressed to work for 10-15hours for a long period of time. It's quite unmanageable sometimes. This is a young organization, So I believe they should focus now more on employee skill growth and progress tracking as per their interest. I found lack of interaction and management there and that's the reason for same.
