The work environment is good.

You can't expect better salary. The workload will be high for new users and the senior will not help if they asked. Most of the senior will not work properly, they know how to achieve target by using tricks and fake counts. You wouldn't recognise by anyone even though you're working hard. The real issue is salary for new joinee the will mention 16k but you will receive 12k in your account. Every month you will find some deduction in your salary, if you asked the HR they won't respond properly....Read More

Hapaglloyd is well reputed industry but as working for the back office in Mumbai I have faced many issues including politics , poor management, no morality among TL and manager, i think hapaglloyd AG should look after their practices going on in Mumbai office.
Dislikes
Hapaglloyd is globally known for its better services but the mumbai back office are having worst TL and managers and doing worst practices that will lead company lose their reputation in industry.
