It's a great opportunity to work in Hapag Lloyd, caring about employees is one of the motives of the company. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
Dislikes
There is a politics to grow next level, even they confirmed it's an transperant organization some cases it does not appear.

There is job security and the benifits given by the company are good.
Dislikes
The growth opportunities within the organization is very less. You can only grow if you have some godfather/mother , otherwise you will be the same position for years.
Further , too much politics which hampers the work.
Finally , the staff which is being hired these days are just for the sake of answering the calls and have zero knowledge about the shipping industry.

The most likeable thing I must say is the culture and support of management team. Recently I got lot of support in terms of additional leaves as me and My family where suffering from covid-19 decease. That’s something really appreciated. Thank you.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a compact cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
