It's a very good platform to improve our skills. Also they respect every employees suggestions.
Dislikes
Maximum salary come from shift allowance and other type of allowances. Basic pay and HRA very low compared to other companies. From my side I am facing health issues because of continues night shift. They did not told that you have to work in continues night shift. So I don't like this way of shift changes. I am escalate it to management team, but there is no action still now. Otherwise good.
