The way company compensate employee and I believe top management from Hamburg holds the credit.

Dislikes

Internal job posting needs to be conducted in fair manner, it's still running based on face value which really needs to be fixed. Another point is local top management should not stop or drag if employees gets opportunity to visit their client location.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
