My teammates "Quality Team" were supportive but the new Qa Manager & QTL was not, Management work on favouritism, No appraisals were satisfy. No bonus nothing.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. The organization wants to grow and give growth opportunities at junior management level. A lot of emphasis on employee training to gain new and improve on existing skillsets.

The way management works is not up to the mark so no good results were seen for the time I worked there. Lot of politics in giving out promotions. Compensation is average. Skip level meetings are conducted but feedback is not kept confidential and is leaked out,

Worked in Quality department. The KRA's were not clearly defined and had to also work as trainer and handle the floor as well. Quality department changed its style of working frequently due to which results were difficult to get.

Dirty politics, managers behaviour is rude, do not respect female employees, partiality, favouritism, hard working people need to work hard, timepass people will get all benefits coz they are in good books of senior, phones are not allowed, no lockers provided, only once a day phone is allowed, need to handover phone to security, even in emergency phone not allowed.
